Black Balloon Day 2021 This year we are so proud of our local community for showing up BIG in support of overdose awareness. Tioga ASAP Coalition is currently inviting parents of middle and high school students in Tioga County to participate in a focus group. The group will be held via Zoom and participants will receive a gift card for attending the full 60-75 minute session. Tioga ASAP is hosting 2 online sessions in January where Ben will cover the topic of marijuana legalization, impact, prevention, and community response.
